As such, the University continues to understand the necessity and importance of believing and investing in our people to create a dynamic and vibrant working environment. We continue to strive in engaging and maintaining support staff who are professional, efficient, competitive, success-oriented and goal driven especially now that we have geared towards globalization.

Communication is vital in keeping a robust and dynamic workplace. Information exchange enhances our engagement with the University and validates the important role the workforce plays in the realization of our Vision and Mission. Unprecedented changes and challenges have driven us to venture into remote operations and alternative work arrangements. There is now a stronger call for creativity on how to ensure communication lines are kept open amid distance and constraints in mobility.
USSAP is our innovative technological partner, providing us with a progressive communication platform. Keeping ourselves updated and well-informed with the ongoings of the University will allow us to sustain efficiency and effectiveness.
Let us leverage and optimize USSAP as we support the University towards the integral formation of stakeholders for social transformation.
